  • Revive (Dynamic Hatha)

    What is Hatha Yoga?

Hatha is a classical form of yoga that seeks to bring balance to the body and mind. WOMB’s take on a Hatha class is dynamic with a focus on balance, gradual strengthening and steadying of the breath.

A popular fast-paced style of yoga, Vinyasa is characterised by fluid movement led by the breath.

    Pace : Flowing

    Intensity : Revitalising

Move in harmony with your natural rhythm (no dancing-skills required!) This flowing, expressive class invites spontaneity and fluid transitions to support emotional release and creative awakening. Expect breath-led movement, deep openers, and space to feel.

  • Recentre (Slow Burn)

What is a hybrid yoga class?

This slow-burn or slow-flow class includes elements of Vinyasa yoga as well as restorative or Yin postures.

    Pace : Dynamic to Mindful

    Intensity : Energetic to Restorative

This class helps you burn through what's stuck—physically, emotionally, energetically. We begin with active, rhythmic flows designed to release irritability, anxiety, and inner tension. Then we transition into deep, grounding stretches to support deep rest.

Designed for the luteal phase, or any time you're overwhelmed.

Mantra: I release the illusion of control.

  • Restore (Gentle)

What is Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga?

Restorative Yoga is a slow paced class that focuses on stillness and relaxation. Characterised by using props for support.

Yin Yoga is also a slow-paced class that uses long holds to reduce muscle activity and aid release on tension in the bodies connective tissues.

    Pace : Mindful

    Intensity : Restorative

Sink into stillness and honour your body’s need for rest. This class uses props to support deep stretches, gentle mobility, and calming breathwork—soothing cramps, easing tension, and replenishing depleted energy. Sequences are a mixture of Restorative, Yin and Yoga Nidra.

Ideal during menstruation, burnout, late postpartum, or any time you crave softness and surrender.

    I am the medicine.
