Our teachers bring diverse experiences and perspectives, but are united by a shared intention: to hold grounded, compassionate spaces that honour cycles, community and collective care.

Sinnead Ali

Sinnead has taught in a variety of settings around the world but is most happy guiding gentle practises in intimate spaces.

She has studied extensively with Red School and Uma Dinsmore-Tuli PhD to create the menstrual cycle-informed approach that is used at WOMB.

Inspired by her birthworker trainings with Mars Lord and Nicola Goodall, Sinnead creates prenatal and postnatal classes rooted in sovereignty, justice and deep rest.

Nia Gandhi

Nia is a neurodiverse yoga teacher passionate about sharing the grounding and peace yoga has brought to her own life. Her classes encourages connection, challenge and adaptability. She especially loves guiding students into deep rest through shavasana and meditation.

Nia completed her 200hr YTT in 2023 and 300hr training in 2026.

Rhian Fewtrell

Rhian qualified as a yoga teacher in 2024 after almost a decade of personal practice. With a background in clinical rehabilitation and a special interest in healthy ageing, menopause and mental wellbeing, she is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for women through all life stages and transitions. Rhian is dedicated community-based yoga rooted in inclusion and accessibility.

Lucy Windsore-Hamilton

Vinyasa Yoga Teacher

Lucy is a Cardiff-based yoga teacher and NHS dietitian with a special interest in women’s health and cyclical wellbeing. Alongside teaching regular vinyasa classes in and around Cardiff, she is passionate about supporting women in reconnecting with their bodies and cycles, inspired in part by her own post-birth control journey. Lucy also recently trained in facilitating cacao ceremonies, bringing warmth, reflection and connection into her offerings.

Star Hassall

Star has been teaching yoga since 2015. Alongside her work as an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA), she brings a deeply trauma-informed approach to her teaching, centring consent, safety and nervous system awareness. A passionate feminist, she strongly supports activism for women, trans, non-binary and LGBTQIA+ communities, and hopes to create spaces that feel inclusive, empowering and deeply supportive through movement and connection.
