A nourishing practice to connect with your changing body and your baby.

What to expect:

  • Our welcoming class encourages a community feel as you journey through pregnancy side-by-side.

  • Strengthening and stretching to ease the body 

  • Breathing techniques to calm the mind

  • 10 minute savasana (deep relaxation) at the end of each session.

  • Max. 8 participants per class

  • Mats and all equipment are provided.

The course is Β£60 for 6 x 70minute classes, that’s just Β£10 per class!

Our dates are Thursdays 20th, 27th Feb & 13th, 20th, 27th March & 3rd April

Please note that I am away 6th March so we have one week off and I am sorry to the parents that this didn't line up with the school holidays!
